Decent and neat place to work in.

Having used the premises and the services on offer I must say it's a very good and very competitive option. The staff are responsive and courteous. Facilities on offer are adequate for running a small business or startup on the premises. Parking is perhaps the only issue, but can be managed with some prior planning

The center has office space in certain floors & PG Stay in the rest. Office:- decently furnished & comfortable set up for budding entrepreneurs, SMEs, MSMEs etc. PG Stay:- A decent stay option, preferably for bachelors or single male. Connectivity:- The property has close proximity to Mambalam Railway station, Ranganathan Street, T Nagar Bus Terminus & Mount Road. Hence, is extremely well connected to all 8 directions of the city. Daily Needs:- The property is next to a bustling market. There are a good number of food joints, juice joints, tea joints, general stores, medicals and the list goes on. Staff:- have seen the staffs giving their 100% in maintaining cleanliness as much as possible. And are also very courteous in their behaviour.

Business Centre par excellence. Provided me an instant office set-up when I needed it desperately that too at an affordable cost. Started with 2 seater and then moved to a 6 seater office. All cabins are fully closed with Air conditioners, table and chair. Neatly maintained with understanding and courteous staff. Also located very near T.Nagar bus terminus and station so getting around easily is an added bonus. If you are thinking of an own office set-up, don't hesitant contact these people immediately.

I personally felt this is a good office setup for my company compact and budget friendly not like other offices which charge us more. no disturbance and friendly work environment :-)

We have stayed in this business centre from may 2014 ,comfortable cabin , spacious reception and lovely staff ,reasonable pricing ,loved the ambiance ,i had to move out because i have increased my staff and needed a bigger office .i would recommend this office premises to my friends circle.wishing you all the very best to the team of Golden Rays Business Centre
