Front desk is very lazy, non courteous & a sense of unwillingness can be seen. Had to ask many times for almost every single thing. Even had to remind personally by visit. Stayed here few times before & all was good but this time very poor & unprofessional ( front desk ). Rest rooms are nice, Food is okay. Room service OK. Suggestion: Since hotel is quite big with good amenities, atleast keep 24 hour pantry operational if not whole kitchen. Atleast guest can order & have tea/snack at night when in need ( can happen ).

Nice hotel to take a night halt while on a long trip to mountains. They had nice big rooms which were pretty spacious as well. Parking is decent too.

The hotel was very good and the staff was very amazing. The food and ambience of the place was nice. Rooms were clean and the washrooms were also clean.

My recent stay at the hotel was a complex mix of both convenience and frustration. While the staff was notably amicable, the overall experience was marred by a series of issues that simply should not occur in a hotel of this calibre. One of my first surprises was the air conditioning system. The hotel uses a centralized AC control system, which, while common in many establishments, only offered an on-and-off option within the room. This significantly hampered my ability to create a comfortable environment. The hotel seemed prepared for additional guests, providing extra bedding for a third person. This was a thoughtful addition and certainly appreciated. Moreover, there was a provision for a driver's dormitory, a feature not commonly found in many places. However, the Wi-Fi connection was abysmally slow, making it almost unusable. What's worse, only one device could be connected at a time, a restriction that seems almost archaic in the hyper-connected world of 2023. On the plus side, the hotel did provide smoking rooms, but the lack of openable windows made it less than ideal. In terms of amenities, a kettle and fridge were available in the room which added a touch of homeliness. Also, the smart TV was a nice addition but was unfortunately equipped only with Airtel DTH. The lack of an internet connection on the TV was a notable drawback. My experience was further dampened when rainwater seeped into our room during a downpour, revealing an alarming lack of weatherproofing. This, coupled with half of the room's electrical sockets being non-functional, really tested my patience. Yet amidst these challenges, the hosts remained friendly and prompt in their responses to issues. Their helpful attitude was a silver lining in an otherwise cloudy experience. A point of contention was the misleading information about complimentary breakfast. The offer, still visible during booking, had apparently ended in 2021, a fact only mentioned in the fine print of our booking voucher. This was a disappointing lapse in communication. Practical amenities like car parking were available, but the absence of dental kits was felt. Basic toiletries were limited to soap and shampoo, which was rather disappointing. On a positive note, the art lover in me was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful paintings that adorned the hotel and our room, providing a refreshing aesthetic appeal amidst the inconvenience. In summary, while the hotel showed promise with friendly staff and some thoughtful amenities, it was significantly let down by several issues, from internet connectivity problems to misleading booking information. Here's to hoping that they take this feedback into account and work towards creating a better experience for their future guests.

One of the very worst hotels I've been to. Please read the whole review below to understand the whole experience of this hotel. Horrific experience. The negative vibes started right after I stepped into the hotel. I'll note them down chronologically 1. At the reception, the amount of lights is very little. 2. The paintings hung on every floor are so negative and dark I wasn't able to stand it. 3. Paintings in the rooms are similar which gave very negative feeling in the room. 4. I was allotted room no. 209 and this room had hand prints on the mirror in the bathroom, as well as on the wall of the room. 5. The lights in the rooms are very poor. 6. The room has less walls and more mirrors. 7. The bathroom has a phone in it, no idea why? 8. Bathroom walls were full of stains and fungus, also the sink was always clogging and took time to empty the sink, apart from this the sink was also leaking in the bottom. 9. There was a wooden chair in the room, whose cushion was filled with fungus. After facing all this, me and my wife tried to spend more time in the mall located just besides the hotel, here also we tried to get some food and get back to the hotel, however there were few boys who tried to follow us till the hotel, specially after my wife and we heard them saying things about us, but we escaped the situation because of a guard. The very next thing that we did was instant checkout from the hotel, and I moved in to another hotel, all of this happened at the night of 17th May in between 7pm-11pm. We asked for the refund with the hotel, but they didn't refund a single penny, we stopped in the hotel only for 3-4 hours I guess and switched to a better hotel on similar day. Very very worst hotel, recommend not to plan your stay here. Unfortunately due to the situation I didn't actually find time or had mind of clicking the images that could have better explained the situation. Thankyou!

Two points cut for the washroom were not working and they took time to replace my room & second thing after 10 pm food facilities were not available and I was tired that time because of travel and in the end I went out searching for food then I got a fine dhabba at Highway with delicious food. Overall it's ok ok kind of

I celebrated my birthday on 2nd August. I loved the food ambience and the service done by staff. Amazing experience. I will definitely visit them again.
