Stayed here for a wedding event and had a net negative experience. - Room service prices are exorbitant For our kid we ordered 3 bananas for rs. 360 & glass of hot milk was rs. 125 per glass. - Staff is just concerned with extracting money in tips or charges. One of our guests was asked to pay room charges dispute the bill having bill settled. When we asked to speak to the manager, they suddenly remembered to check the previous payment on system. Staff displays politeness when tips are expected. - Service is hit and miss - Sometimes its prompt and sometimes they leave you waiting. - Lots of basic amenities are provided on request only. - 4th floor rooms are noisy till late night due to the club adjacent to it.

We stayed at this hotel for one day. The rooms are normal for three stars. A cockroach was spotted in the bathroom. There was no refrigerator. Otherwise, everything is fine. There was hot water, the air conditioner was working, the linen and towels were clean white, wifi. I want to note the friendliness of the staff, everyone is very polite, smiling, helping.

Room had a musty smell. Seems common for the region, even in the nicer hotels, but for this price it shouldn't be present. The staff was very helpful, especially the rooftop bar manager. Top professionalism.

Pathetic experience. There is a club jannaat in the same building and it's staff which is in the hotel entrance will constantly stop you and ask you " sir kaha Jana hai aapko. Aapka koi room hai kya upar Jo aisehi jaa rahe ho? Everytime you are being harrassed for going to your own booked room. The bouncer and the rude lady staff from janaat club will stop you each and everytime.. the loud music of the 4 clubs plays every night till 4 am. No one is able to sleep and hotel walas don't care at all.

Worst experience so far i ever had. Could not slept due to the night club and it's high sound. My booking is for 7days and its been 4days i couldn't sleep because of high loud music

Only location is good. Behavior of the staffs are very rude, specially front desk staff. We could not slept due the whole night third class night club and it's high sound. I think the management of the hotel is interested only running in night club, they don't have any interest in guests of the hotel. Water was leaking from the roof of the hotel. I booked this hotel for three nights but due to the poor condition of the building and heavy noise of night club. The management need to mention it in all hotel booking aps or in hotel that the guest will have to suffer the night without sleeping. You should stop booking.

As a family we had very bad experiance. We insist that no family should stay in this hotel as ur full night sleep is disturbed due to 4 PUBs at that hotel. Even after checking out after one day hotel has not refunded money for balance 2 nights stay. Even though booking was through Make my trip they have not helped us in getting refund of money for balance 2 nights when we have not stayed at hotel Golden Parkk for balance 2 nights. Such Shameful actions by hotel and Make my trip.

18th Oct 2023 was my 2nd visit to kolkatta first being in Dec 2022 and both times booked this hotel (Golden parkk) with family. Location of the hotel is good especially nearer to US Consulate besides some nearby tourist spots worth seeing. Complimentary breakfast is delicious. The room was clean with all facilities. The hotel house keeping team and reception staff is very helpful and polite. Special thanks to Mr Munib who works with dedication and deserves higher placement/promotion.
