Golden Palms Nanpara (Hotel & Resorts) - Resort hotel in Nanpara - Bahraich, India

Resort is good and have most of the facilities one needed but the service staff is not cooperating and rude. If service was given properly and the rooms are maintained then it could be one of the best in the area. Room charges and food are also of quality here.

The hotel and its rooms are OK but staff behaviour is disgusting. Their single agenda is to make money by unfair means. Hotel management is very blunt and unprofessional. Neither they accept online booking nor accept cards. Go there if have cash or QR only. Totally disgusting

I was very impressed! The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was great, right in the heart of Nanpara. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Nanpara.

The food in the restaurant was good but the room service in the hotel does not work at all

Definitely the best hotel in Nanpara. The rooms are sufficiently clean, AC is working and the restaurant has surprisingly good food. Also, the hotel manager speaks fluent English and I easily managed to resolve with him one issue or two. A reliable choice for Northern UP.

The room service was not good, very poor service I never recommended it to other people, do not visit this hotel.

best experience till the date which I stayed in hotel, very happy feeling for the day. they provide me room heater and all the things which I want. i just want to visit again thanks to all team Hotel Golden palm.

Golden Palms is not only a hotel or resort it is a dream palace for those who visited here. All the services like room service, restaurant food service and behaviour of all the staff is very good and mannerful. Madeshiya family making a heaven in a small town.
