Staff Behaviour was good. Everything was great, But Drinking water problem ruined my experience. Why do they give 1 Litre drinking water to 2 Adults per day? Can you imagine? 500mL per person, seriously? And they charge double rates for packaged drinking water. 20 Rs MRP bottle (which is available @15Rs outside) was charged @35 Rs. And why do we need packaged drinking water anyway?Overall it's a good hotel if you bring drinking water from outside.
Good stay with everything working fine parking maybe an issue but other ok ok stay

It's nice and cosy.the rooms are big, and you feel walking free in the room. They could have improved the room service. Towels do not look that clean and fresh and I had to ask for the hand towel. Hand wash dispenser is offered filled with local liquid soap. The staff is good and helpful. View from room is also good. The room has been cleaned ok. Just some application of mind would have added to guest experience without big cost added. The kitchen works on order basis. It means they take about 30 minutes to deliver food items, and spur of the moment orders are not viable ideas.
Very disappointing, i am staying in super deluxe with Breakfast which cost me 3500 but this was wasted money. I wish I could have stayed on railways station police will eagerly attend you there time to time without any hustle. Don't waste your money on this, I request you please.
Rooms are well maintained and spacious. Staff is well behaved and efficient service. Premium location. May consider having more security during night time. Enjoyed our stay in the hotel
The manager is very friendly and supportive, cooperative as per your stay requirement. The serving staff is also aligbed in his direction. They have very good amenities according to the cost of the room. Rooms are spacious, AC is good, TV has TATA Sky connection, locality is superb. Right outside you get ATM, eateries, ourisde food ia allowed. Metro is around 1km
The Person in charge with the name Sachin is extremely helpful and takes care of the customer very nicely. He is an extra-miler I was amazed by his energy and his professionalism. He is a Gem. My advice everyone who wants to get in Delhi and needs a place to stay Golden Palm suites Dwarka sector 12 Parmanand Colony is the best choice affordable price and very clean as well. I would suggest the owner of the Hotel to raise the salary of Sachin for his hardwork and dedication. He is an asset and must be recognised.
