Stunning location. The beach is right in front of you and it's clean, secluded and mostly private. Anyone will be in awe of the location of this place so if that's the most important factor, go ahead and book it. There are 5 rooms with 3 facing th beach. All rooms are basic but fitted with AC and attached bathrooms and we had no complains. Couple of rooms need climbing a metal staircase so senior citizens beware. The caretakers are very nice and sweet. One of our friend got sick but we had to leave to attend a function and they took care of him and gave him a place to sleep even though we had checked out. So giving extra points for that. Cons: 1. Caretakers make tea but no food is available at this stay, even snacks. You have to order with them or you can call restaurants nearby. We got good veg and nonveg food from restaurant but those looking for homestay food will be dissatisfied. 2. Place needs maintaiance. Stairs are getting rusted , there is a wooden deck which would be ideal to sit and watch sunset but is broken. 3. Water pressure in top floors is low or non existent. 4. While I had good experience with the caretakers, the interaction with owners was not too great. They seemed not interested, very inflexible and finally the owner and their group had come over for dinner and took over the dinner space when we were supposed to be a private party. They asked us before and we didn't mind and they were not disturbing us but some people may find this annoying since it was a big group of 10 or more. These cons aside, would definitely still recommend this place for location and hospitality.

According to visit and experience, the location is best. The maintenance part can be easily made better without any further investment. Before my stay when I was exploring the reviews, all i could find is , it is a good place but for little maintenance gap. Which I certainly found true after staying. It is coz the ownership is not so into making it a place or destination ever looked for. Some company is having it as an asset and they gave it to someone to maintain. It is as simple as that. It you are not really worried about little things u may explore the stay here.

We visited this place towards the end of November, with my parents and 2 kids. Our entire family fell in love with this place. Great views of the sunset and calm beach were the highlights. It was like a farm house, which had lots of friendly cats, dogs, hen and ducks on the property. My kids were completely occupied. We stayed in the 50 yr old heritage home which was well renovated and comfortable. The other new building gives a direct view of the beach, especially the upper floors. Mr. Prashant the property owner was very helpful and shared all the necessary details before booking. And the caretaker / assistant Mrs. Sudha and her family who stay there took excellent care of us just like their family. My kids and their two daughters bonded instantly and our 3 days stay was perfect. The food both veg and non veg has to be ordered from outside, and it takes an hour to deliver. But the options for food especially the local fish delicacies were very good. I'll surely come back here

Golden nest home stay beach resort is really beautiful environment and organizer and managing this resorts by one family who stays at same computer Mrs.Sudha akka and family really soft nature provided all supports at seasonable time. So kindness. At this Location we could find many sitouts chairs and tables. Where family friends can chat and eat. Also cooking options are there. We could see reserved like reserved beach where only we can approach easy-going just opposite to resorts. Good enough facilities at one place. Food can ordered and received within 1 hr. Over all good place to stay. Max. 4-5 family can stay.

Wonderful location, right next to kapu beach. The property has great lawns and clean rooms with water and AC. The beach is just about 50 feet from the place but the waters is not safe for swimming due to tides. The only negative is that they have no kitchen and all good has to be ordered from outside restuarant

* If you are looking for a quiet place then the location is awesome. But the place is far away from any hotels or restaurants. Food will be delivered to you from a nearby hotel and it is inconsistent at best. But the location though......wow. Right next to beach. The view is awesome. The caretakers are cordial. Rooms are good.....but not the best. Overall a great experience!!!

The place is right on the beach. The place is well made but maintenance is zero. The care takers are very sweet and good people. I loved the sitting areas in the lawn which have light and power points just in case you want to work from there. Internet is available and reaches the lawn area. We had complimentary breakfast however it's ordered from outside .. it was bad. For dinner, we needed to order ourselves They had a menu card from a nearby bar... the food was very bad. Since the place is next to the beach , it's around 2kms from the main road. If you have conveyance it should not be an issue. Yes, there are a lot of stray dogs and cats too... they were friendly though. If you have alcohol, good food & comoany, you could laze around in that place for hours. Overall a good place but should be improved on the maintenance and food. The owner sounded good and accommodative.

Comfortable spacious rooms and great location just off the beach. Large open area for evening gatherings. Hosts are friendly and accommodating.
