It is a pretty decent accommodation that offers food only for breakfast. The prices are pretty reasonable and the rooms are worth the money. The beds are very comfortable. The food and service can be improved upon. To get water, you will have to either sit and buy water bottles every few hours or either choose to go to the reception on the 5 floor and fill your bottles. This even goes for the middle of the night. The staff are not prepared for the worst case scenarios, they left the bride of a wedding stuck in the bathroom on her wedding day for half an hour, just hours before her wedding. They have not properly closed of their roof access and hence tell us that monkeys came and pulled all the wires. As a guest we shouldn't hear excuses in the middle of our holidays, but the staff always seemed never short of answers for problems that were pointed out. The parking lot cannot accomadate all the vehicles if the place is booked even halfway. The entrance road also can be quite hard to miss. I have hence given 3 stars just for the ambience and quality of the room which can be appreciated

Had a unique experience. Huge rooms. Lotus cafe serves delicious food. A simple club sandwich was so good.A cozy beautiful stay with great ambience..colonial type of furnishing with Indian touch. They have huge rooms with literally every amenity you can think of from microwave to iron box. The check in, check out everything was super smooth and so were the supporting staff

It's a great place to stay with / Your family. The ambience is extremely home-like. The staffs were really helpful and warm. I had my aged parents with me and they provided us with every needed facilities..

Well, I stayed in this property for 3 nights. Room 203 provided was really really a big one with 2 queen size double bed and 2 single bed. The hotel and it's room have been given vintage look.Linen was clean.

The room was cozy, AC was amazing, and I had a sound sleep. The drinking water they provided. Washroom was big enough and clean.
