Golden Leaf Resort - Resort hotel in Jamshedpur, Asan Bani - East Singhbum, India

I stayed at this resort from 27.09.2023 to 28.09.2023. My Experience regarding stay was wonderful especially room size, view from balcony and taste of restaurant food was 10 out of 10. Receptionist behavior was very polite, they are ready to help you any time, room service was fast. I had Addmarc membership, process of room booking was tension free only needs to call few days before visiting this resort. Next time Will surely visit this resort and if some one want to spent their leisure time, i will surely recommend them to once go and visit this resort.

They are no.1 fraud. They are cheaters. They sell ticket cards worth 2500 saying that they allow 4 adults for 2 night 3 days but after the payment they switch themselves by saying that we have mentioned only for 1 night that too for 2 adults. This is the scheme for scam. By this experience I assume their service and facilities would also be third class. Request all to not visit this fraud place.

Property is good and was not much crowded. We booked 2 premium rooms(which were just average) but, service is PATHETIC. 1.The Housekeeping does not respond to the room intercom call, had to go to the reception to get any service. We requested for water glasses which came exactly after 43 minutes (and that too after requesting in the reception) 2. We requested the house keeping thrice to clean the room( which was ignored) but was done only after requesting for the same at the reception desk. 3. Room Tv was not working 4. Some other guests were shouting and banging their doors at night, but none of the management staff bothered to check on them. 5. No towels were provided in the pool area. Was so excited to visit GOLDENLEAF, but it was all spoiled. Thanks for the experience GoldenLeaf.

Located just beside the highway, is great for group events booking, restaurant and team events. Has large auditorium and banquet halls to host events . Overall a nice resort in jsr.

I am quite a regular customer to this resort but today the experience was so bad.. Waiters were least bothred to clean the table, to take orders.. Too rude staffs they don't reply to queries..same problem with manager even he was least bothred to any of our concerns.. Will never recommend anyone and nor I am going to visit ever again

Beautiful place to relax and reminisce, food is good staff is good, location lovely. Resort has been made for people to come spend your time and rejuvenate oneself. Thanks

The location and the property is nice but not well maintained. They have not upgraded the rooms and it's amenities. Rooms doesn't goes with its price charged. Very poor rooms.

Employee name Rajiv does not now how to handle customer, no enthusiasm for sale. went their for wedding booking he turned out be a conman seeking additional & secret income. Was ready to pay advance but he has no instrest for booking. He made communal and racist comments. VERY POOR EXPERIENCE WITH HIM.
