OK place, centrally located and good ambience. Parking is available. We visited for lunch; veg options were scarce, meals not available. Location 4.5/5, Food 3.5/5, Ambience & Cleanliness 4/5, Service 3/5 (needs a lot of improvement)

Average food and service from staff to be improved, no fish items available and chicken pieces in chicken curry is hard to eat. The value for money is not seen in food quality and service. Restroom is available in adjacent block.

Food is awesome. Service needs to be improved. Spacious area which is well maintained.

It's a good place to stay the room are spacious and some food items are good if it's hot.

Average food and poor hospitality. Waited for 1 hour to get one fried rice and chilli chicken.

When asked for meals they said no.. but it's actually served to other people and orders where taken. Poor hospitality and improper service.

Pathetic service from staff, no one came and asked what we would like to be served, I went there on my bday and had to leave as there was no food except meals. I had called them the previous day and they did not mention about non availability of food cos of marriage functions at the hotel .I am from Guruvayur and I wonder if they treat guests from outside in the same manner!

Excellent quality food, quiet place, really helpful and prompt staff, nice ambience, relatively close to the temple. Will be there again!
