October '23.Dissatisfied and disappointed with the stay. Bedlinen stale and discolored so also the towels. Very poorly maintained bathroom with stained bathtubs and shower curtain.Rooms are spacious ,saving grace.However the grounds are spacious with lots of lush green spaces.Good parking.

Can be rated as 2-star hotel at the most. Old rooms- needs renovation Upkeep- not that good The good stuff: 1. Wifi worked good 2. Room-service food came in good and exactly as requested. The bad stuff: 1. They made Unnecessary call asking me about check-in time. Even though I had confirmed I will come anytime after 2pm, close to 7pm. They made a call at 7:15! I am not sure what they wanted? Highly unprofessional, feels like someone is taking follow up even after having confirmed booking. 2. At checkin, noone bothered to inform us about restaurant location, breakfast time, whether breakfast was available or not, nothing. 3. Allotted room was dirty, dust on floor, towels were stinking, commode was crooked, cupboard had dust inside, tabletop was dusty, sheets looked yellowish. Room smelled unused/uncleaned/dusty 4. They changed room immediately upon inspection, the new room had slightly better feel. The Chair cushion in room had foul smell, sheets did not feel fresh, 1 pillow had some stains but they gave new one upon request , sheets had some stains, cups in room had dust. Bath area not properly covered with full length curtain, which resulted in entire bathroom becoming wet after a bath which is not convenient, the curtain length Must be more, or there should be a glass partition. we were travelling with a kid so did not want to go out at night find a new hotel, we decided to stay. Will avoid at all costs, we stayed here on Club Mahindra booking, I don't think the hotel deserves to be on Club Mahindra, too bad. Check out person did not bother to ask if we liked the stay, did not offer feedback form, just a bland "thank you for payment"

Totally disappointed . The rooms were empty without any basic amenities. We had to call the house keeping staffs every now and then. Except for breakfast nothing was worthy. Very much dissatisfied. Not recommended for stay.

The hotel is situated a little away from the city The property is large and well maintained on the outside. The rooms are decent however a little old. The breakfast was good with a decent spread.

HORRIBLE! The rooms were not cleaned, especially the bathrooms. Found a used cup of something (coffee I think) lying below the chair. The TV remote is missing in almost all rooms, the fridge didn't work, almost nothing works. The worst part is the lady at the reception. I generally don't review places but that lady made me do this. Horrible attitude for someone in the service industry. Extremely rude and such an awful behaviour and this is not my opinion alone, it's the opinion of several people if not everyone who stayed in the property. I really hope she changes her attitude. Also the place is not wheelchair accessible. I almost feel bad for the staff there because they are extremely understaffed.

The hotel is value for money and good for a layover or a night's stay. The toilets weren't clean and the linen had dust due to which some of us faced allergies, the AC of one room wasn't working either after which we had the room changed. The staff was courteous but had a major language barrier. The rooms were clean and resort is beautiful and spread out but wouldn't recommend for a stay lasting more than a night.

Thought it was better after taking over by new management but same service , full of disturbance of music from parties especially during weekends.no privacy made a mistake after experiencing same earlier no improvement

Its was on 23rd october 2018 and i was the only guest staying at this resort. My room number was 122. Room was clean with a nice balcony. Bathroom was little tidy. A lot of greenery and you can walk around. Since i was the only one the breakfast was made to order but it was good. Swimming pool was good. Its a very big campus with lot of greenery. Overall its a very nice resort.
