Order food this afternoon. It was not even warm. Hot is way far. The packing was bad. Tikkis were just wrapper in some kind of paper like butter paper. Chutneys were mixed. No box was provided for the whole packing. Another snack was also like this. You should do something to keep your customers.
Placed order through zomato last night, was charged for two Anar juice but received only one serve and they didn't give any update. Upon visiting they said, they don't have fruit stock so sent just one juice. Poor service
Bad quality . Owner is very rude .if you complaint about bad service they say you can leave we don't need you . Such a bad experience there . It happened 2 times with us .

I am from Amritsar and visited the Kiz Cafe Kapurthala. We ordered Paneer Pizza , Kit kat shake, Peri Peri Fries . All the food was very delicious and yammy. Place was very beautiful and peaceful
