Very Bad Experience, Room Service is not we'll
Not Too good As per Money.. and It's So Expensive
No service, Receptionisit not avaialable in morning. Breakfast start after 08:30 a.m. Wifi service and tv not working if you complain then say we will check after 1 days still no one check the same.
Very bad service. Took a room but they didn't give blanket and pillow. Even very bad complementary food (only bread with jam). No other option is given. Overall it is not worth spending money for this kind of services.
This school is unlike other govt schools. Here teachers tried their best to educate students.
I visited this place to attend a marriage function. That means I only checked the park area. But it was a nice arrangement. To reach this place from kolkata, one has to go through Bally toll on GT road and reach Coal Complex Dankuni on the left service road. The google maps took us to a village 3 km away(22 nov 2021). So, don't trust it and ask some traffic police or person.
The hotel is good and is situated on the durgapur expressway and is very near the toll plaza for Dankuni. Rooms are spacious and decent enough. They have their own lawn for outdoor events as well.
Sadly, the service is verry poor..I had ordered food for 21 people..paid in advance by going to spot at 11am...was supposed to have lunch around 2pm as we had an industry visit.We reached but food was not ready..we had to wait for about 1hr even though I had ordered the menu while advance.I wad informed tjat the food when served to us was not even from Golden Inn but from other hotel since Golden Inn had not prepared or food was over. Bad experience for a Govt. tour. I need to ask the manager why this issue happened.
