GOLDEN GRILLS - Barbecue restaurant in Mavelikara - Alappuzha, India

Visited this place few times for takeways. Good shawarmas and grilled chicken they provide. It's a small joint so not very ample in seating but ambiance is nice. Food is really good, bit oily though. But for takeways, they takes alot of time and one have to wait outside the shop to get the takeway parcel. They don't really ask you to sit inside or anything. So service can definitely improve. Also their online menu (orado) seems to be priced more compared to their takeway/real menu which is kinda affordable.

Full meat shawarma is not worth buying bcos the quantity is lesser as it is similar to a normal one.

Basically a Al faham and Shawarma outlet. A few shawarma is available. Also they have Chicken grill and Alfaham.. Juice also available. Rates are reasonable. Good Service given the owner. Seating space is less.

Worst decision selecting this shop. Ordered a full peri peri grilled chicken full. Out of 4 pieces, three were burnt tasting charcoal, one piece was not cooked well. In general, even though I could find it covered in masala, no one had the dish could felt any taste at all. The worst grilled we ever had in my life. Just to mention, mayonnaise served was for a single piece only and that was too inadequate. But thankyou. I was an addict of grilled dishes. But after having one from your restaurant, i lost that addiction. It was that much horrible!!!

My favourite shawarma. Although it can't be said as authentic, there is something special about the roll which makes us crave it regularly.

Awesome experience , best food and service Every can enjoy. Must try....

Best shawarma shop

The food is good but the only problem is that its too oily. You can squeeze out 2 tablespoons of oil from the shawarma.
