If they could increase their quality of staff, this place could well be the 'place to stay' personally speaking

I liked the place, but it requires a lot of maintenance on the rooms, the rooms are rated 1 star because they lacked proper cleaning, mats are torn, blankets are very old, no soaps, no shower, and worst thing is no hot water. 1 star resort but I like the service provided by the guys here, they are doing their best. Thank you for your service and improve on recreating the entire ambiance again.

Tree hut and premise is nice to sit in night, Rooms are average but very clean. Staff service is very poor.

Its a good resorts but the facilities are limited. Budget friendly. And dinner was delicious main drawback is it situated in a valley no views directly from the resort. If some one have to enjoy the cold climate in a budget friendly manner its ok. But we can trek to the upper tea estate property the views are mind blowing..

I usually don't like to rate any business as 2 stars but this one deserves it. The rooms are dull and sad with unusual layout. Some rooms are extremely small and congested while some are big like a suite with multiple beds but you won't know which room has how many beds. Only a few rooms have fans. Taps leak in the bathrooms. Only a few rooms have windows. Hot water is a luxury and not all rooms have heater in the bathroom. The hot water comes from a heater located somewhere on the backside of the rooms and just warms the water which is severely inefficient for cold mornings. We requested many times for hot water but no use. Same with the dining room. You have to ask for every utensil you might need while eating including spoons. Story continues with bedding arrangement - not enough blankets! Imagine elderly people who are cold and there are not enough blankets. On slightly brighter side, food is good though you need to place order in advance because none of the ingredients are available and they need to procure them. As I said earlier, just about okay place which should be booked only if there are no other options.

This place is good for budget travellers. Someone who's looking for a room between 800/- to 1200/- for 2 people in munnar..between the tea plantation and not to far from tourists spots. They have good wifi , television , geyser so basic amenities. Dont expect luxury stay.....during my stay it was me my wife and a group of foreigners who were also on a budget travel
