Golden Gate Service Apartments(OYO Rooms) - Service Apartment in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

One of the worst hotels that I have stayed in my life. NO FACILITY should be the name of the place. It's just a room and nothing else as they have no arrangements. So order food from swiggy/ zomato if you want to eat and if you need any other item then use the apps because even if you need small things like warm water or a cup for tea they will simply say that they don't have any. They will not give you anything except the room and the best part is that nothing works there, no geyser , no lift, no tv. Even though everything is fitted as decorations. On top of it the manager / owner is very rude and uncooperative.

Everything was good. Had only one issue during the stay, the lift tends to make a irritating noise while running the sound creeps inside the room adjacent to the lift. The lift runs 24 /7 which During sleeping hours becomes an unbearable irritable sound.

Not accepting booking from online sites. The rooms are average. I don't recommend this hotel if you want a comfortable stay. Pros: 1. Location is good, near metro and Hi-tech city. Cons: 1. Only offline booking available. You need to cancel your online bookings even if you have paid. 2. During our 5 nights they never cleaned the room once. 3. They don't provide normal water. Only bottled water with 30rs charge is available. 4. Table and chairs are in the common area so no privacy. 5. The price is very high compared to the service and quality. 6. Wifi is very slow and disconnects every now and then.

Rooms are small but we'll maintained But they joined two beds to that form one bed. I felt difficulty with this. If they could able to update with this it will be good. Moreover It's in the budget. Very near to this no food stalls and restaurants are not available. We need to go little far away. Overall with in the budget it is ok.

The office guys are very unprofessional, arrogant and rude. The rooms are not well maintained. I looks like there was no pest control done in years. There were lot of Cockroaches and mosquitos. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Decent place,in main city.got the room for 3 adults and 1 child for 1900/- with extra bed.no door lock for bathroom and no water in wash basin.remaining all are good.

Waste room service bad at night they current was not there they only cut off current for saving current bill police are distrubing at night knocking doors

Nice place to stay near Hitech city. 5 min distance from cyber tower square. Room Service is good. Staff behavior is kind and polite. Rates are bit on lower side looking at the location. Online Booking is available at various sites. If you had booked this online, Early check in is available by paying some extra amount. Unmarried couples can stay here with valid identity proof. Complete apartment is a hotel but some of the rooms are given on monthly basis. Rooms are furnished but are bit small. Well maintained n clean apartment. You can plan a long stay here. Breakfast, Wifi, hot water, fridge, lift and covered parking space is available.
