My daughter and i love both Sensei Rajveer and Sensei Sonia, they are amazing with the children's classes and the adult classes. Self defence, fitness, discipline, respect all in one. Fantastic classes of MMA, Karate, Yoga, Gymnastics, Trekking and many more. They have tournaments all over India. Golden Dragon team is brilliant!

I did Vertical Training with Rajveer. He is a great coach. Without a doubt it's my fav class. The structure of the program is very sound and well thought of. It builds the foundation for any kind of skill one wants to develop be it martial arts, trekking, strength, outdoor sports or basic fitness for good functional life. I highly recommend it and it's a must do as a base for sure. Also it's a good practice to sharpen your movements, agility, strength and balance to enjoy higher levels of already acquired skills or sports. Thanks Rajveer for a great training. I am blessed and fortunate enough to begin my Martial art endeavour as a total beginner under the aegis of Master Rajveer. His methodology of instruction is very simple and straightforward. He would literally make you face real life scenarios of fight during his training hour itself so that one easily detect his wrong at the spot himself. Highly recommend to all age groups individuals irrespective of gender who are looking for Martial art classes but are in a dilemma from where to start. Residential and personal class are available as per the convenience of the person.
