Golden Deluxe Hotel - Hotel in Delhi - Central, India

In simple words it is backwas hotel and they will Cheat you. They will forc you to pay 3 times then OYO proces. There was no Oyo hoarding or board at the hotel only goibibo board was there, so it was kinda difficult to search hotel. They provided me a very small room maybe a 1x room while I made a booking for a 3x room. The man at the reception and his son both behaved rudely when I asked them about my room condition. The room which was showing in the app was not alloted to me. After I told them I'll tell about this to a Oyo representative they said "do whatever you want." After half an hour they shifted me to a different room(slightly bigger) maybe 3x. Both the rooms were not upto the standards of Oyo as per my previous experiences with Oyo. Towel was only provided after I asked for it. Bathrooms were dirty, showers there are in very bad condition (quality assurance of Oyo should personally check these). Toilet paper was not available at all, Oyo soap and shampoo kit was present. TV screen was crippled for 2 inches from bottom(the other room) and very few channels were available though I don't watch TV much. Floor was not very clean you can't walk in the room barefoot without getting your feet sole getting brown/black. Very bad network coverage was available in the room so I had to ask for wifi password (I think they should provide it without asking by their own. AC on the second room was good. I made booking with this hotel because parking space is mentioned in the app, but you have to park your vehicle outside the hotel in the narrow road. The last and the biggest thing please note they don't provide complimentary breakfast. Someone from Oyo should check-in as a guest in this hotel to know all this.

This is the worst hotel in karolbagh. All I was stuck because I made advance online payment. And all they can do give another room but no refund. Every room has maximjum faults if switch is working then geyser and rooms are dirty. Means u can never ever find a good room in that hotel. All they show u best pic and you will pay advance because of good location. Once u reach u will see their attitude and arrogance. Worst and super worst hotel. Dont ever visit if u want a good environment and value for money.

The place is good, rate is reasonable and the place is at walking distance from market and metro station. The owner and workers are nice and friendly the food options are limited but the food is good and also many good restaurants nearby. The rooms are good bathrooms need a little mantainence. Overall a nice stay here.

They are showing the picture of classic room on oyo web site and we arrived they provide a very small room. The room they show on oyo they are saying these are deluxe room and more costly as compare to classic room but they are showing the same room on oyo as classic they are cheating with customer they are not receiving online payment. Don't visit They don't deserve 1 star

Was real bad, please don't go for it. They have very poor maintenance and literally we got out of the room within 15 minutes because couldn't bear the dirty atmosphere. Please don't pay In advance, it's not worth it. Thank me later.

Location of the hotel is hardly 2min walk from karol bagh metro station. Rooms are average and toilets need to be renovated.

You will find better hotel than this in such amount. Short rooms not much bigger and bathrooms are unhygienic
