Golden Chariot Vasai Hotel - Resort hotel in Vasai-Virar - Palghar, India

I recently stayed at the Golden Chariot Vasai Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a peaceful area and offers a serene environment, which is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff at the hotel was extremely courteous and helpful, and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The hotel also offers complimentary breakfast, which was delicious and had a good variety of options. The hotel's restaurant serves excellent food, and the service was impeccable. The hotel also has a rooftop pool, which is a great place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful view. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at the Golden Chariot Vasai Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Vert disappointed with service and hygiene. We were told breakfast opens at 7 am but till 8 am there was no sign of food at the buffet, inspite of complaing/ requesting several times to adhere to timelines. Terrible experience with breakfast buffet extremely inexperienced staff. Very bad service. Had to change the room twice as rooms were smelling bad and the rooms had beg bugs

Hotel infrastructure is very good but the pool is very small, its good for kids only but it was not clean and its having feathers in water and was smelling pungent. Breakfast had a variety which was the positive and dinner was fine. But the charges are little expensive considering a hertiage experience.

Extremely costly menu. Poor service. Had ordered for sada dosa and instead masala dosa was served. Food quality too was strictly tolerable. Billing too took lot of time citing problem with the machine. Avoid at all costs.

One of the worst experience here .. they had some wedding so the hotel staff was preoccupied. No one came to carry the bags at the check in . While we ordered for tea , had to wait for 15mins to come to know that they cannot serve as they are busy with the wedding and were happy to cancel the order . No towels or robes in the bathroom . I would suggest no one should go here ..

Had to stop for an emergency. However the rooms had lot of rodents and other insects. We got the room changed. There is no mobile network inthe premise - so one has to depend on the WhatsApp call. Hotel provides wifi which is very poor - hence be prepared for total disconnect during the stay. Service was OKAY because the staff were new. Food was also ok at the new veg restaurant.

The manager n d hotel breakfast staff experience was pathetic....the manager needs to learn hotel management/how to solve d problems of customers... double faced manager I have ever seen.... actually staff ka galti he but jab manager he Aisa hoga to staff b Aisa he hoga...

Exorbitantly expensive food. Food quality also strictly ok. Very slow service. Masala dosa was served instead of sada dosa and light filter coffee was served instead of strong filter coffee ordered. Avoid this restaurant as good options are available nearby.
