Golden Bhumzang Resort & Spa - Hotel in Gangtok - East District, India

I had opted for the Executive room which had a wonderful valley view. The rooms are quite big with nice decent size washroom. They had their own parking space inside the premises which was why I opted for this hotel. Food was decent but took time to serve. Breakfast is not buffet but on demand at restaurant. The only con os the distance from MG Marg which is 4.4km from the hotel. However, you get something tou have to let go off something. Overall a good experience.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The view from the room is good but the overall services are pathetic. Very understaffed hotel. No designated manager to address your concerns. Very poor hospitality. No coordination among the staff . The housekeeping staff virtually does not exist. Food is average . Overall good infrastructure let down by hospitality services.

Had a great experince at this hotel. We stayed here for 3 nights and had a comfortable experience. Were we suppose to had a late night checking due to delay in out ride from the airport, and theses guys made sure we had out dinner even at 12 in the midnight even when we were the only guests staying in the hotel that night. The rooms were spacious with the basic needs available and had a great view of mountains. Overall a great stay and great staff at this hotel.

It's a really beautiful place. It was the most comfortable stay. Rooms were nice, staffs were really good & it was all women staff which I really liked. Food was very homely.

This is near helipad, with great view from the Cafeteria. Hospitality was amazing from the management and would definitely recommend. Rooms and room service is very nice here. Food is also homely tasting. We stayed 4 days here and have no complaints.

Worst service not so cooperative staff I have booked two rooms for my clients geysers were not working in any room neither TV when I have called management they have not taken any action not satisfied with the service

The room was spacious and clean so was the washroom. There was ample space for parking. When we checked in at the hotel most of the staff were on a holiday but the owners of the Hotel, the two brothers saw to it that we had a pleasant stay. Polite,humble and courteous are the adjectives I would prefer for them. The food especially the breakfast was splendid. At Mystic Bhumzang we were served real breakfast as compared to the untoasted bread and melted butter that were served to us as breakfast in many a homestays. And yes there was also a spa with a masseur who knew his trade. Would definitely recommend this hotel for those who are on a holiday with family.
