Worst experience ever the staff are very impolite and even the manager they will ask you to vacate during breakfast hours only and we are their loyal customers from past 3 times but this time they Vere very rude and and un professional. I hope the hotel people should consider it.
Apartment was clean and neat, but when checking in it was late and we were not aware that there was a balance advance amount to be paid. The person who booked this place for us has paid part of the rent amount as advance amount, it was late so I requested the manager that we will check with him in the morning and shall pay the balance. The manager said it was a prepaid system and that for the 3 days we planned the stay the full rent amount has to be paid otherwise he wouldn't let us in. Anyway when I finally wanted to stay for one day he let us in. Manager was rude moreover during those hours it was annoying to speak him. I wouldn't suggest this place if you have a proper hotel which is reliable.

Really nice and spacious apartments which are maintained very well. Staff behaviour was also very good. The location is close to all Mysore attractions and has good quality restaurants at walking distance.
I loved my stay it's an apartment hotel, you can have a complete apartment for the family they have two bedrooms, teko washrooms, kitchen with basic amenities and fridge and well, TV is also there, they also have airconditioner in the rooms
Only reason we chose this place was so we could bring our dog. Stayed for only one night. Absolutely awful. Room wasnt clean. Toilets were filthy. No basic items, soap, toilet roll, tea, coffee NOTHING. Lighting was pathetic. Stay at your own risk there are far better options at much better prices. Staff are not even trained! They didnt even feel bad when we complained. All they wanted was the money rest all be damned
