Golden Aquarium & Orchids - Aquarium shop in Amaravila, Kollayil - Thiruvananthapuram, India

A good aquarium with lots of varieties of fishes, plants and accessories. They also had a lot of plants and some birds. The prices seemed affordable to me. I have been hearing good reviews about the shop from others also. A special attraction is a large Arapaima in a private tank behind the aquarium and a stuffed Arapaima inside the shop. Note: I bought a pair of lobsters and an ornament which looks like an underwater rock hill, the photos of which are attached to the review.

Sucha a nice aquarium in trivandrum South (amaravila) now you can buy a lionfish too,that much level went this aquarium shope.

Much better than most of the small paid visit aquariums. Lot of fishes and a wide variety of aquariums and equipments. Both wholesale and retail sales are provided. There is a preserved body of arapaima and also a giant live arapaima and a few piranhas. We purchased nothing but the place is worth visiting.

Very Bad Shopping Experience.. I bought a pair gold fish and guppy. One guppy and one gold fish died after one and half hour, that much of quality they're selling fishes. They don't even know about the characteristics of most of the fish breeds.
