The lead trainer is very egotistical. Although he never misguided me, he never guided me with my physical condition either as I was too young. I was guided in a far better way in the neighbouring MSB Gym, than here. I've certainly learnt what to look out for when in search for a gym, or any sort of class.
Writing a review after 4 months of training out here, The owner is really good and provides good quality of information related to workouts , daily meals and supplements , the staff , ambiance and all the gym instruments are good .
I went there and the trainer was very nice and humble. He is very fit and anyone can get positive energy from him. i could not join it as it's too far from me. But I would recommend it to everyone
