Great gym and trainer Tarak da is really very helpful and experienced.
This is a fantastic gym!! All the trainers are super nice and very professional.. they take an interest to train you very well, no matter what fitness level you're at. I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I've been going for about one month and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. It's feel great! Fees are very reasonable you can afford it... Timings are flexible...just go for it...
