Previously it was an abandoned government project aimed to build an art gallery for local arts. The place is now renovated and upgraded as a tourist stay. The project aims to be completed in a few months and will be ready in 2018 winter. Near kumari river, the natural beauty of the place is awesome. If you are planning to spend weekend away from crowd, this is the place.
