A basic restaurant where some good food is served. The ambience is very basic but the food was really good. We ordered South Indian snack items and were not disappointed. The ginger lemon juice was really good.
A small restaurant located in Borivli. the interior was simple. Had ordered a Mini Thali that consisted of various vegetable items, Puris, Papad, rice, pickle etc. It tasted really delicious. The quantity was good. The service was good. That ambience was good. The prices were reasonable. Overall, a good place for delicious South Indian food.
Worst hotel one can ever visit. Rude staff, zero quality food and looting customers. They will charge you for any small thing which you cannot even think. I ordered soup and the soup served was stinking and didn't had salt. I asked them to replace and later on I was charged with 2 soups and story does not even ends here. I was charged even for fried noodles that was served with soup. After opposing the owner shouts on customer and misbehave. Please avoid. For your kind information - Fried noodles are served with the soup only. When I had returned your stinking soup they also took away the fried noodles and later only bought the soup. If you are running a restaurant, you should know what to serve with food and what to charge. Secondly, when I had ordered soup I had already mentioned to make it spicy. But your careless and rude staff doesn't listen anything. Food quality zero. Don't unnecessary lie on social media. See your rating, you know it better.
Very poor management, staff behavior is rude, they charge for even small things, their manager also doesn't manner to how to talk with costumer, quality of food was also not good, especially chess masala dosa. Anyone who wants to go please read the review once. And I suggest don't visit here for spoil your day.
A place where you can just fill up your stomach. But keep in mind that the rotis/naan etc here are served cold. Otherwise the food is okayish.
I used to avoid this restaurant because of the overall rating suggested by the users on internet. The only thing which was bothering me was how this old resturant is still running ? Even when the reviews are bad, so finally decided to visit it. It's a good resturant for someone who is looking for South Indian food and I do visit this gokul restaurant frequently and now writing this review having their filter coffee
I often visit this place and it is a very old udipi joint. The South Indian food is very good. Will recommend the Pav bhaji. Ample place to sit and also has a separate air-conditioned section. Service is quick..
AC Hall doesn't have dedicated restroom, have to use common restroom which are 2 in numbers but both Indian style, not upto mark wrt cleanliness & hygiene. Best suited for South Indian Breakfast.
