the management is irresponsible and negligent. Handed them my Adhar card while checking in, they said that they'll give it back in the morning and when i went to get it they had already given my adhar card to somebody else. They didn't even make enough efforts to retrieve it. Terrible experience. ended up filling an FIR.
Very good hotel with lots of service. Staff is also nice. There is no lift which was very problematic. Clean and good rooms, with all basic necessity.
