Gokul Palace Hotel - Hotel in Bhinmal - Jalore, India

It was an average experience. The TV wasn't working nor was the fan. Asked them to come n fix it. Staff was polite n helpful.

Beautifully done up space on a bhinmal ramsin road decor is Indian Kitsch and Bollywood with high ceiling, fun wall art and staff dresses in 70s inspired costumes. I believe the place serves only vegetarian food, the food and drinks were excellent. Service was sweet, the place was packed on a Saturday afternoon. They did have a beautiful pool outside but it wasn't filled up at the time we went, the restrooms have fun decor too but wish they have someone in housekeeping to keep them clean. When I went in to use the washroom it smelled not so pleasing and bathroom floor was all wet. Besides that the place is quite refreshing and fun to be in gokul palace

Opposite to railway station is most convenient location. Staff was polite and supportive, Will recommend for short trip to Bhinmal.

Gloomy. Only if you pass by and need a room for the night. Hygiene is only a concept there. They barely speak english but are friendly. Very very noisy (train station, crowded street, other hotel guests). No wifi!!! Hot water is ok.

First drawback for this hotel it is situated on second floor, So if you have heavy luggage then there may be problem as their lift was out of service. I was lucky that both time on checkin and checkout got one nice person which tool my luggage to the parking Yeah parking is there on front of hotel on main road. Lets talk about room Room size is ok. Talking about room no 104. Bedsheets was not proper cleaned. Toilets were not upto mark, taps were not working proper in room no 104. As i entered in room there was huge number of mosquito as well as Cockroaches. I informed on reception and they immediately sprayed mosquito repellent. But that was not enough i had to baught good knight. Room service was i dont know how it is as i didn't recognise any phone there may be they have one. Price. Price was ok ok as they charged me 700 for single person. You can try this hotel as it is infront of railway station. And there are only few option to stay. Giving three star only for that guy who helped me for luggage and their immediate response for mosquitos

staff is good n polite but These people stop the lift at night And let's say the lift is not working Before booking, I made a call to the hotel and made sure that the lift was on, because my mother could not climb the stairs. But when we returned to the hotel at 10pm night to diner, the lift was closed. After a lot of listening, finally the lift was started And we shouted to the room

good hotel at lower cost, lift problem at night, service is good, Towels are low Colette. nature of staff exillent, near Railway station is plus point.

the gokul palace is hotel in bugget , and unexpected in kind of bhinmal town. wonderfull stay it was , and i enjoyed their my stay , good and clean room , little problem with door locks , and toilet door locks , over all comfortable stay. neat and clean rooms and staff behaviour was very polite.
