Love the food, the spaciousness and the aesthetic of the place, the cleanliness of the handwash area (toilets mostly dirty), and the service and attention of those serving the food. Try their puttu kadala for breakfast and thalis during lunch. Highly recommended.

Paneer pepper chilli was a complete failure dish for the rate of 176 Rs . 8 small pieces of paneer and chopped onion in refined oil .

If you are looking for fantastic South Indian delicacy especially Idly and dosa this place is famous for its vegetarian cuisine. Quality of food is fantastic and prices are very reasonable

I recently visited this place, the view , the food are awsome. The atmosphere and neatness is pretty good. This hotel is situated near the Ernakulam Shiva Temple so it attracts many veg foodies here. Recommends to visit.

The best one in the chain of Gokul oottupura. The menu has variety n it's tasty as well. Live kitchen. North Indian dishes are really great. Paneer Tikka Kabab is a must try! Ambience is just awesome!!!

My recent encounter with the parcel service left me thoroughly dissatisfied. Despite the already incurred parcel charges, I was shocked to find that cutlery was not included with my order. This oversight is not only inconvenient but also reflects a lack of attention to customer needs. To compound matters, when I dared to request flavored pani puri water instead of the standard offering, I was informed that an additional fee would be tacked onto my bill. This rigid and profit-centric approach to customer requests left a bitter taste in my mouth--quite literally. The refusal to provide basic cutlery and the insistence on charging extra for a simple customization made the entire experience unpleasant. Such practices undoubtedly tarnish the reputation of the establishment, and I would caution others against subjecting themselves to this subpar service. It's disheartening when businesses prioritize profit over customer satisfaction, and this experience has left me with no inclination to return.

Loved all the dishes, since it was a Sunday evening there was a bit of rush and you gotta find out a table on your own. Peri peri idly was surprisingly good, and for the pizza dosa they could have avoided putting green peas. When you wanted a break from a non veg diet, definitely try this pace.
