Forget about going to the hospital and receiving a treatment. I had severe fever and had called on a sunday to check whether any duty doctor was available to whom i could consult. But no. The receptionist seems to be more educated than the doctor. That lady. The audacity to shout and lecture me on call about what all i should have not done. To top it all, she said if you havent gotten your delivery here why are you contacting us now? I had called for my fever and not my child. Had i not had such severe fever that day, i would have gone to the hoapital and shouted at her. NEVER GO HERE EVEN IF YOU ARE IN ANY EMERGENCY

My experience was very good.. Doctor and Nurse all are very supportive... Mostly they try about normal delivery... Even its a private hospital... No fame game they are playing with patient... One of the good hospital in dombivli...

Worst hospital Mrs and Mrs kelkar should give some manners to staff also online booking only done just not fair with people who are not educated or not having Android.

Patients have to be physically present in the hospital and only then there appointment is fixed, thus making it uncomfortable for pregnant women to wait for hours. I stay opposite to that hospital, still I had to go and wait for 1-1.5 hours. Doctors in this hospital will do your normal delivery only if your average income is low or you are ready to take the risk that they will announce in the last 2 weeks before delivery. Basically if they know that you can afford a C section, they will give you some reason (less water in Uterus or high BP or Sugar) and you will be forced to do a C section because you don't intend to wait and take the risk. ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION FROM SOME OTHER DOCTOR (PREFER OUT OF DOMBIVLI) Then the staff here, after you are admitted- first 2 days they will be rough and rude with you but when your discharge date is nearby, they will speak to you softly just so that you can give them a good tip before leaving. BIGGEST BLUNDER THEY DO IS- THEY WILL PUT YOUR MARRIED NAME IN THE BABY'S BIRTH CERTIFICATE ( EVEN IF YOU HAVE NOT CHANGED YOUR NAME OFFICIALLY AFTER MARRIAGE) My aadhar number is linked on my maiden name but they have put my aadhar number with my married name and provided wrong information to KDMC causing lot of trouble to change all the details in kdmc again & the reasoning they give for this is " u r married, your name should be changed". RUBBISH!! I was not allowed to breastfeed my baby for 24 hours & the formula powder that they asked us to bring was the worst (photos attached) just because they get a commission from chemist outside the hospital. Doctors are not bothered if a good formula is fed to the baby, they just want the money. BIG REGRET!!

Very well hospital and doctors also, good communication, solving issues everything good,but sometimes our questions decided by nature cause doctor told my wife she can't get pregnant in future cause age issues but nature given me one daughter, it is advisable answer and don't believe anyone about that...
