We booked for 4 person (3Adults and 1kid) they charged for all 4 but they gave only 1 bed and 1 towel, bathroom was leaking, nothing was working in the room, at last when the check out time came we asked for 1 hour and agreed to pay late payment.
When we came to checkout, they asked for INR1000 for late, still we agreed to pay but requested for a receipt for the money which we pay, the guy at the reception refused to give any receipt. Is this money accountable??
Is this the normal way this hotel function??
Is this how they treat customers???
Is this how they take money without showing any income to the authorities??
Is this money going to the owner or workers??
Is it not illegal to refuse receipt for any payment made??
I'll never ever come back to this hotel and also I highly recommend anyone not to go here

Peaceful stay, Despite near to the busstop, No disturbances & noises of Vehicles.. Well maintained & Hygiene also appreciable.. Friendly Staff's, One drawback is they should give 1 Litre water bottle as complimentary.. They refused & said only RO Waters can be provided that needs to be changed..
Recently stayed in sept. 2023 at Gokul Grande deluxe non AC room. It's excellent room with ambient bathroom. Loved it. It's walkable distance to erode main central bus stand. Hotel is 2km from rly station .autowala charged 120rs to Gokul Grande hotel.

Room was very sufficient and comfortable. It was very clean.
The staff were very kind and helpful. Currently restaurant is not operational but you can do Swiggy or Zomato!

Stayed for a night here and the rooms were pretty decent, no restaurant within the hotel but hotel staff were accommodating to arrange for food if required. Plenty of options like zomato, swiggy etc. Food is available within 500m proximity and parking is ample in the hotel. Overall good, value for money!

It's within walking distance from the Erode bus stand. I love staying here. The rooms are very good, spacious, clean and with all amenities.

Hygienic, affordable, luxurious rooms, at most care taken in maintaining the bathrooms. Good quality food and the breakfast is a must try. Staffs behaviour is icing on the cake. Courteous and polite.
The Silent hotel. I didn't stay at this hotel. We have gone for Lunch. The Lunch we couldn't find more menu. But the items taste good and quantity is sufficient. Slightly at higher price. Parking is a challenge. You have to park at 10metera distance

Visited Erode for attending a Marathon. Stayed here for one night. It was a very quiet room and there were few minor issues noted. Might stay again if needed.
