Ordered food in train. Worst food as compared to price. Rs.317/- for kadai chicken thali. After getting the order I realised that it is not worthy for even Rs.100/-. Aur chicken ke naam pe diya kya ek neck (gardan) aur ek liver ka part which I never buy for free also. Rest u can see the photo I have attached. I am a frequent traveler and mostly order food online. But this is the worst experience I had ever. Plz if you want good customer response deal with good hotels and go through quality check. Otherwise sorry to say ... u mean what I want to say.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM CHEATING CHEATING CHEATING PLEASE BEWARE, THEY ARE CHEATER. Third class food quality. I ordered veg only online at Surat. half item was non-veg and veg thali was so 3rd grade quality that I couldn't eat more than one bite. I thrown all food in dustbin. when I raised issued through their online feedback system, then I received call from customer care and they replied that other customers review are good for food and they will not refund any money. I spent all night hungry because of their service. they don't have sense and responsibilities. they are looting money just name od online service. never order through their platform.

I ordered food at Indore-amritsar express for Gaziabad station on 21th October but order was not delivered. The next day I called for a refund and they said within 7 days it will be credited in the same account. After 7 days I messaged/called reply was the same but still I didn't get any refund and no response. Every time I call them they say refund is initiated but I never received money in my account. When I ask for payment screenshot they say they will share but they don't because they haven't initiated a refund actually. Very bad experience. Don't buy food from them..

I ordered food got a confirmation call I was literally waiting at the station no one came up with food I was constantly calling the customer care they kept telling me it out for delivery But nothing came up At the end when my train left they said we are registering your complaint. Worst experience ever

Nice taste , packaging is good for in train consumption, timely delivery. Better than train pantry car, Recommended .

I always order from here when I travel, all time its really nice. But this time my family had worst experience. We ordered paneer butter masala. However they delivered some chapati with normal gravy without any vegetables. I raised complaint and provided the pics too. They agreed with the refund and then after 3 days of travel they are asking me some more pics which is sarcastic. I ordered food for my mom who was traveling she is not that tecdopictures in and and send them as proof. These people usually send the curry in plastic container but this time we got it in road side polythene. Still they didn't believe me and denied the refund. So GUYS......please recheck your food properly after delivery. They get the positive feedbacks from some people and randomly send the worst food, and they dont want to believe you too. Important thing is.....dont order food on behalf of any senior citizens traveling in train. Because these food vendor will ask you to take 100 pictures as proof which they cannot do. I was ordering food around once in a month from here for me friends and relatives. But this is my last order because they dont accept their mistake and blame on you if some wrong happens. I ordered food at Kharagpur junction on 20th October but they cancelled delivery without any intimation. When next day I called for refund(564/- was paid through UPI ) they said within 24hrs it will be initiated then again after 7 days I messaged/called reply was the same but still now didn't get any refund and no response. Very bad experience. Don't buy food from them..

ITS A BIG LOOT. THEY ARE CHEATS HUNTING ON YOUR POCKETS AND PLAYING WITH PEOPLE'S HEALTH. Prices are almost double than charged by other platforms for same food vendor (MASALA LIBRARY, JAIPUR) Food quality was pathetic. Extra Rotis ordered were not delivered. Roti was very Hard All vegetables were Smelly and oily. Raita was just white water. Sweet dish was pathetic. Entire food was wasted. WE REALLY DON'T DESERVE THIS QUALITY OF FOOD PAYING SUCH GOOD AMOUNT. Complaint was done many times on their respective numbers and email ids. But no one even bothered to reply atleast. ITS A BIG LOOT. THEY ARE CHEATS HUNTING ON YOUR POCKETS AND PLAYING WITH PEOPLE'S HEALTH. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!
