The first time when I called the Goethe Zentrum-Coimbatore, my call was answered by Swapna Ma'am. When I visited the office I wondered how much multi tasking Swapna Ma'am was doing everyday. She is working tireless, which I'm witnessing from the year 2018. Not only just answering phone calls, but receiving people who visit the office with courtesy, clarifying all their questions with kind heart and treating everyone in a best possible manner. Yes, Swapna Ma'am is a greatest blessing for Goethe Zentrum, Coimbatore. For an international office like Goethe Zentrum such an admin Incharge, Manager is a prerequisite. The staff in the exam cell is not responsible. I just called to the center to know about the exam registration and further posessing but after attending the call they don't even listen to us. Talking to other people and without listening to me she just shouted All full.... All full..... All full, She didn't even asked for what purpose i have called them. Very irresponsible behaviour from a german country based center, i have didn't seen this type of behaviour from other Goethe Zentrums
