Good ambience inside the lobby and rooms ambience. Food is also good in taste and presentation. Antique cars outside the hotel and.palm trees in front and at the back of the hotel gives it an exotic look. So far seen a good hotel in haridwar, worth staying at for further trips as well.
At a time when I needed an accommodation, very urgently, and that too close to a chosen venue, I was very fortunate to be guided to Hotel Godwin. It was truly God-sent! Right from the gracious staff at the reception to the staff who so warmly helped and supported me through my 3 day stay, to the most helpful Manager (Operations), everyone at Hotel Godwin ensured I had a perfect stay. I stayed in this hotel for 2 days. Staff is very poor all the services are very poor. Quality of food is quite okay. All the waiters, captain(Food) are very lazy and not helpful. His captain(Food) doesn't have sence how to behave with customers. Unprofessional Staff

Amazing property, amazing ambience, amazing services. EVERYTHING WAS SO AMAZING!!! I don't know about other reviews but the guy at reception named 'Rishabh' was so helpful and always ready to help, he even went ahead and made special arrangements just for the reputation of godwin. That gesture, made my stay better. Will suggest it to everyone who is planning to visit haridwar 5/5 for everything, 10/5 for rishabh.

Hi everyone. Wish to share my experience with you just incase you thinking of staying at this hotel. I would suggest don't put your hard earned money down the drain. Online it shows 5 star hotel. But after reading this review you can decide how many star is this. 1. On counter was told buffet dinner included. The kitchen staff said there is no buffet coz not many guests. The kitchen table was full of guests. This is the lame excuse the staff gives. 2. Went to have shower. No hot water. Called reception. Was told 10pm hot water turns off. This is a 5 star hotel. 3. The rooms were very smelly. Couldnt stay a minute. Complained. They said Sir we putting a air freshener now. 4. No toilet paper in toilet. Called reception again. Even waiting after 30 minutes the toilet paper didn't arrive. Had to use ours which we had for emergency purpose. The funny thing was when we went down to check out. I was asked to pay for the juice which we had in dinner. Lol. Guys too many dramers to list. But think twice when booking this hotel. If there was a minus star. I would give a minus (-) 5 star to this hotel. Thanks for reading and be save with such fraudulent. Take care.
