Godrej Urban Park, Chandivali-Powai - Condominium complex in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

This review specially for Godrej Sales Team or employees. Firstly, Yes Sagar Jain , your line 'Your surname is Jain not Godrej' but your behavior towards genuine client along with their family was like you are owner of Godrej. I am IT corporate employee and i know there is respectable way to talk and treat to your client. That day, I was seated with my family(With ladies and Father age of 70+) along with cheque book(you saw also) , but only due to your behavior's and attitude problem , Godrej loss deal and we booked at other same level project. I heard from many of colleagues that Godrej Employees have lots of attitude problem but initially I was not believing it but when it happened with me, I realized people is saying truly about it. I just want to say all these employees - You are just working over there, There is nothing inside you to show attitude and for Godrej Management, request you to please train these employees to behave like Raheja, L&T, Mahindra etc. employees. They are also big brand but there, employees behaviors' toward customer is very pure and respectful. Rest it upto you, I had concern , i have highlighted.

I'm not satisfied with my experience at Godrej Urban Park. When I called them, my contact information was passed on to multiple marketing people, which was frustrating. On-site staff was not as helpful as expected, and I found it disappointing that senior staff members like Sagar Jain were not readily available to address my concerns. This experience has left me feeling less than satisfied with the customer service .. I changed my decision as on site staffs are more interested if you are coming thru independant marketing team or Real estate agents...

Beware. In the bathroom,the toilet drainage pipe of the above floor goes through your ceiling. You are stuck if there is a leakage. There is no loft. Flat size is smaller than the size mentioned in the agreement The windows are of cheap quality that you wouldnt expect from Godrej.

Hi, first of all let me tell you guys, these sales representatives of Godrej highly are not educated i believe, totally ill-mannered and lack politeness. I would not say all but this one Guy name SAGAR JAIN who is a team leader, he is such an illiterate person who does not know how to behave and talk to a customer. Me and my father was present and its not that I quoted half the price but still this Mr. SAGAR Jain has soo much of audacity to speak to us like we are asking it for free. Utterly nonsense behaviour especially I had my father besides me seated, this team leader Sagar thinks that he owns the Godrej Property and also as if he is the damn owner. Godrej should really act on such people wherein they should know how to behave with customers having intention to buy but coz of these kind of people left disheartened. people come to see the property and not to get insulted them by saying all rubbisheness as if its his money been taken from his pocket... He just wanted an argument calling the other staff and asked "itne mein aisa kaisa, mein ek washroom kam du toh" where in he could have just said yes to the price or no to the price. Simple ...#Godrej people shud rethink when hiring such people ... its a shame to Godrej ...

Good connectivity via public transport and private cabs such as OLA and Uber. Metro station is 2kms away. Multiple hospitals, schools, restaurants and grocery shops within 5kms. Wide roads and plenty of trees planted along the footpath. Powai location as good connectivity

Excellent and fabulous. Really right place for living and investment purpose. Quality, environment and building structure and planning was awesome. Pls visit Godrej urban park for better experience.
