Property is outside of Bangalore city and should be considered as a very good option for long term investment. In the name if a good brand and amenities you pay an exobirant price as the Price of the property far exceeds the locality. Project like these unnecessary increase the price war causing spike in property prices. Nevertheless it's a well planned area built on 100 acre land.
Nearly 100 acre proj ! Approx 10 plots per acre and lots of green/open spaces. Gardens , club house 2 functional already. Bang on STRR road.. overall good investment option !
Good property to invest as North bangalore has a lot of potential. Upcoming STRR will boost the location. Lot of new projects coming up here. Edit: Namma metro deadline until KIA airport is 2025.
Club House activities are very slow and the quality of work in club house and parks are bad, they are breaking already.
I owe plot here. Layout of project is good, prices are higher than other builders in vicinity. Build quality - no comment yet looks ok though. Management is friendly and active till you owe there money once paid they go in hibernation.

One of the best and much needed projects from Godrej. It's well connected. Near to Airport. This is really for investment. They have 10:90 scheme. They are having 6Acres of dedicated forest, 2 club houses with all the amenities once could expect. Really worth investing

I got a call from the marketing dept and they mentioned 1500 sq ft cost is 60 lakhs. really?? People, please investigate before you invest. check plot price in neighborhoods. This property is good for homestay or farmhouse:- working life is limited. When you retire, the maintenance charges you pay for squash court, tennis court, gym, swimming pool...etc is a monthly drain of a minimum of Rs.8000. Now it's up to investors what/why they want to buy.
