On special occasions NONE of them are working. In case of an emergency, someone living on the top floor would need to use the staircase, which is another major problem as it is not maintained by the staff members, Coming to the positive side Hospital facilities/ Online facilities such as Swiggy, Zomato all are available. As a part of the society, you will also be able to witness all the festive season with great enthusiasm and organizational support.

It's a very good property for living.

After staying at place for more than 7 years, experience is mixed like bad security, poor maintenance of all lifts, cleaning & garbage collection are very poor. Good side are very calm and serene atmosphere inside. Quality of manpower & management are very bad.

One star is only for the huge open area provided to the inhabitants by the brand Godrej. But poor maintenance is seen everywhere. The grasses are not regularly trimmed. Garbage are openly kept behind Community Hall. Roads are in dilapidated condition and severely broken. From Amphan till date, Godrej was inundated and several cars and bikes were damaged in basement parking in Everest Tower. Drainage is too bad as filthy water is oozing out from beneath into the roads. Seepage problem is seen in the building. Construction is poor in some tower. Children's park, Gymnasium , Entrance is not at all maintained. Most of the equipments in Gym is out of order. Some positives are:~ They have 24x7 Service from HelpDesk. They have CCTV as well as two levels of Security Check. Temple area is well maintained. There is ATM inside. A shopping Complex with grocery store , pharmacy store and salon is helpful. You will get vegetables, fish and fruits near the front entrance.

Good built-up. Badly maintained. The pros: presence of good roadway constructions, assorted multi level parking spaces, strong concrete built-up of the building structures. The cons: not well maintained (very dirty staircases), external paints not waterproof looking bad after rains (though outside painting is presently going on there), uncut jungle trees, unclear water bodies.

It's Big multistoreyed housing complex near Sodepur, in North 24 pargana district near Kolkata. More than 5k to 6k people lives here

It's a great complex with gym, swimming pool and all other facilities. Maintenance is high. Festivals are celebrated within the complex. The only constant issue is the bad cell network.

The Third Class Property names as Godrej Properties. People who lives here only knows the condition of the property. Useless Godrej Staffs useless company They have Looted our hard earned money. No maintainance at all...
