Please DO NOT invest your hard earned money here. It is just not worth the stress & headache. They will make commitments which they cannot honor, and then if you ask them to cancel property they will say your money will be forfeited, even when it is due to them not being able to honor their commitments. Do not fall for any sort of special payment scheme, all are designed to give you stress later. They will say NO EMI till possesion and in the middle, they will come & ask you to pay EMIs not once but twice and who knows how many more times because they are not able to mantain a simple relationship with a bank. You will plan & purchase but they will negate all your planning. Worst customer experience. Customer service is horrible. Making false commitments with blatant confidence. And they have the audacity to tell you how much money you should or should not have in your bank account. It really saddens me to say but I had a better customer experience with an affordable housing project with an unreputed builder. I am regretting my decision to buy a property with Godrej each day.
