Pathetic service after ordering Kitchen. Before ordering kitchen, they are highly professional and after ordering its ultimately bad. We had ordered Godrej interio kitchen on 16th of September 2023 with full payment option and expected the delivery by 45 days and installation very immediately after 45 days. Concerns regarding the store/Godrej Interio are 1. No update from the store about when the kitchen should be delivered 2. No update from the store regarding installation dates 3. No update regarding the tracking of above mentioned order. I had called the physical store numerous times to check the status on these and no one had picked call and responded. Including sales, office staff, handling person etc. We had notified Godrej interio team near Kayamkulam regarding the house warming dates and checked for the early delivery and still they have not notified any. Very reluctant staff and sales people and not recommendable services from staff and sales team. We are nearing installation dates but still the product is not yet dispatched even after 43 days. Highly recommended to Skip this store.. !! Not sure whether all stores are having same behaviour or not. Order ID itself is not shared.. !!

Waited for exactly 2.5 years for giving a review, now iam doing this because of there post sales service. Prompt and attentive other than 1 or 2 days delay. Over all happy and satisfied. Good job.

A fabulous experience...great customer service. Hands on technicians, they even gave feedback on basic stuff's which could be missed usually. Their services were provided at Palakkad from Kayamkulam which I never anticipated to be so good since its close to 5 hours drive. My discussions, requirements and finalization was completely virtual. Their recommendation was very practical and suited the budgets and requirements discussed. Highly recommended. The service was really good. They have variety of designs to choose from and there is always someone to help you to choose the designa and a technician will be available to do a proper feasibility survey before they do start any work. Only improvement is they have to be more time-bound in their delivery and calculate the estimated time of completion precisely keeping all the holidays as well as the transportation time etc... in mind. Highly satisfied!! Had ordered a Godrej modular kitchen. Their entire team right from office staff to technicians are highly professional and prompt in service. We couldn't find good dealers for Godrej modular kitchen in Trivandrum. So opted to buy from Kitchen Decor Kayamkulam. The customer service was exceptional in all aspects. Also we are very pleased with the speed of delivery inspite of Covid related restrictions. Excellent service from beginning to end. Genuine People.. Highly recommend!!
