Authorized dealer of godrej but look like over priced place.

I purchased one almirah from this shop. But after that they are treating just like you are nobody. For one minor repair work they are just delaying it for two months. Almost thousand times I have called them but the response is so much unprofessional that it is not expected from such brand. I have also complained to Godrej Mumbai office. They even can't inform me whether my all cheques are cleared or not. Every time the staffs of shop will inform that I will let you know after asking my boss. They really need a management course study. Whether you will go to this shop its completely your choice but after purchase customer service is just pathetic and worst in world. I have many branded equipments like Sony, Whirlpool, LG, Livpure etc. but this customer service is worst and unexpected.

Not expected unethical behaviour from a brand shop, I went there shop to purchase bed and mattress which cost me 90k, I asked sales executive to deduct whole amount from card then she replied you have to pay 3% extra for swiping the card. The charge she is asking for is a merchant discount rate and as per Reserve bank of India notification, shop owner doesn't have a right to charge this amount from customer It is illegal, so be aware.

You will be annoyed by the employee response time. They don't care about what you ask or what your buy. I visited and called them 4-5 times to get quotations on office table, they just don't deliver. Going to buy from TUTEJA Furniture.
