Godrej Interio B R Roy & Sons - Furniture store in North Barrackpur, Barrackpur Cantonment - 24 Paraganas North, India

I bought an almirah in the month of November 2022. Looking Glass cost extra. The billed glass was too big and they fitted a smaller one. The cost was lesser than the earlier looking glass. Now, it's been almost 9 months & they are saying that there is only difference of 300/- rupees, if you will buy something we can make the adjustment. They don't value the amount 300/- rupees. They also unaware about the fact which size fits perfectly. They just billed for a glass which was bigger in size and later fitted a smaller glass and now they are not ready to refund the balance amount. How pathetic service they are providing. Initially Rathin Banarjee promised to refund the amount in my bank account. I shared all the detail. Now they are denying to refund.

Humble and helpful staff. Polite behavior. If you want customized furniture, you must definitely visit this shop.

A very good place to get all electronic and electrical appliances in Barrackpore. Items are priced at very competitive rate and at times they are cheaper than the big retail chain stores at Barrackpore. They have wide range of goods which will suit everyone. This is one among the oldest shops of this town dealing with electronic and electrical goods. Very well behaved sales persons are there to guide all buyers with their required items. It was a pleasant experience for me to shop from this store.

Horrible customer service. Never visit this place. Manager has no manners.

This showroom primarily stacks up only furniture related products with a profuse of varieties under it like Dining tables, sofas, etc. Their showroom is very big and had myriads products but that doesn't cheered me up. Regardless to say, they keep an inmitidatly good quality products but I found the taste to be boring. However, their stocks are not bad and they lies just above the showroom of B. R. Roy & Sons. Thank you.

Really not a good experience We purchased an AC from BR Roy, Now it's 9 months but not even 1 service has been given. I have visited the showroom regarding this Twice but still no service.lts like once the product is sold they don't care about anything else.

The shop is situated at d prime kocation of barrackpore..staff behaviour is cold and casual about customer. Price is also not negotiable. Avarage stock of godrej iterio product. Their main business is electronics items may b thats d reason.

A good and decent mall selling Godrej products like Godrej refrigerator, Godrej microwave , Godrej safe , etc. On the main road leading to the Cantonment area. This shop is around 200 m from Barrackpore railway station close to Chiria More of Barrackpore.
