I had booked one double bed set including one Aero bed king size,one Aero dresser with stool,one wardrobe 1970 w sliding wardrobe Aero w door and one Aero side table as per receipt no. 204880 . The salesman code was 390131 on dated 12-07-2023. The colour of the complete set was in valigny oak + Cream shead. I was called at the showroom on dated 26-07-2023 to inspect the material , but I found the colours of each item was different and not as per my choice, therefore I rejected to accept the same. I request you to supply the material as per receipt and mutual conversion as discussed during booking without delay.

Vishesh is a pathetic staff. Changes tone of communication after payment is done and give false reports while making purchase.
This store (Godrej Interio, Raipur) doesn't deserve even a single star rating. Very pathetic services. Staff doesn't have etiquette to talk to the customer. They only bother about advance payment and as soon as payment is done services will not be rendered in stipulated time. Their technicians are locally sourced and surprisingly they don't know how to do proper measurement. They just have one solution to blame store manager, even store manager doesn't listens to them properly and force them to do whatever she instructs. A brand like Godrej employed jokers to run their outlet in Raipur. Store has limited edition of furniture and Godrej staff at the store try to repeatedly convince customers to select from available option only. Many a times they deliver old and used stuff to customers. Unethical practices are being followed in their sales process.These kind of staff only dilute quality of services and ultimately brand name of Godrej. I am also very much sure that people rating them 5 stars are sourced or from their circle. Honest reviews always have element of authenticity which is missing in their comment.
True review...Totally unprofessional and ill committed....they took full payment in advance and then keep on delaying for all creation job.....also the technician is never been on time.....Have to wait for them even after 5 or 6 pm. It took them 40 days for assembly to be done after order is placed. Better go for any another godrej showroom ....but don't go for this one.
They have wonderful collection of furniture Wardrobe are expensive but look class and have more space. They have bedroom set matching with wardrobe also their services to installation is Really good.
The customer service is poor and pathetic, They dont care about the feedback system that has to followed, Once order is given and money is paid to them in advance also still the delivery of items is not on their priority list. Moreover their people switch off phone and dont reply on messages also. As in our case we have ordered items from them by giving money in advance but till now all items are not delivered, moreover the items given were damaged and used .Please care about customers. Perhaps, chose a wrong day to go. Was grossly understaffed, there was only one guy in the entire showroom , and he seemed too tired to listen to our requirements, he gave the impression of being uninterested though, yet we managed to get what we wanted!!!:) :) The showroom is superb though, and the products seem stunning.
