Not best but good hotel in Verna industrial area. Good Location Best Environment Meals Quality Avg- Avoid Spicy Food, they serve oily. Poor Room service High Mosquito's in room hot water issue on 3rd floor No cupboard and hangers for hanging cloths. Hotel owner and Manager both are helpful. Overall If u don't have any other choice or less budget then you can check-in.
The food is authentic and the pricing of the dishes is pretty decent. However the servers are quite lethargic and should work on their basic hospitality etiquettes. Not happy about the owners attitude too. He refused us a second drink when a fly from their not-so-properly ventilated room fell into our drink. Professional staff behaviour makes a huge difference to the ambience of a restaurant. Overall a decent enough place to dine in at but don't expect any good or polite service.
Such a pathetic experience I have experienced during my goa visits since 9 years at verna region..... Many loop holes r there in the mentioned hotel such as breakfast and lunch time......such as phones r dead ....hot water is not available throughout the time.... Bathroom door of 205 room found in broken condition ...
Best hotel in Verna area i had stayed here whenever I used to visit during my official visits in nearby area. Staff is good. Hotel owner Mr.Pratik Naik and his Father both are gem of the person, very helpful and down to earth. Hotel rooms - 4.5/5 Food- 4/5 Ambience: 4/5 Value for money: 5/5 Amenities: 4/5 Staff: 3.5/5 Overall i highly recommend this hotel.

Honestly I wasn't expecting much from them because there were hardly any customers in restaurant. Surprisingly fish was fresh and overall food was delicious. Seating is plush with all the amenities. I will definitely meet this place next time.
