NEVER FLY WITH THEM. Worst airline. I dont know why they are even operating. I had a international flight and they have canceled it 10hrs before departure just stateing a reason of operational issue. Have faced inconvenience and even my trip got spoiled because of them. Pathetic service. If you want to spoil your trip choose GoAir.

They are frequently delaying the flights saying operational issues. As flyers, we want to be always on time and need proper reasons for any delay. These kind of generic reasons and delays is a sign of incompetent business which is never a good sign. My flight from Kolkata to Bengaluru (a quite frequent and busy route was delayed by more than an hour) and no announcement was made an flight. We simply got an automated call. Not a good experience.

I will not recommend this airline. My overall experience with GoAir is pathetic. I booked my flight at a convenient time keeping a gap from my international flight. But GoAir rescheduled my flight multiple times within a month of my booking and left me no choice but to take a inconvenient morning 5 Am flight. On top of that I asked for Fragile tags at baggage counter, which they didn't attach with my baggage and eventually I got my luggage with damaged items. This is the last time I took this pathetic airline service and will not recommend anyone to take their service.

My friend made flight ticket of go air but suddenly he got dengue and his flight ticket was non refundable even. When he consulted with customer service, he was told to provide doctor's certificate and when he provided the same, go air offered credit shell/voucher. When he asked for refund in cash, they don't care it all and force us to take the credit shell. They are not caring about refund in cash but rather they are showing that they are giving. But instead they are Indirectly forcing people like us to travel only with go air which is not business ethics. They don't know how to comfort their traveller's. They don't have any professionalism even. So advised all of you to book only when you can travel otherwise don't let your hard earned money go away.

Worst airlines services in domestic airlines in India. Firstly the services are non reliable, the services gets canceled exactly 24 hours before the flight departure, where I was clueless but to board the alternative option given to us in the alternate day. I travellered for the first time on GoFirst trust me airservices cannot be so bad as I that in the recent flight. The customer service are of no good when there is a gap of 8-9 to a connecting flight that to because cancelation from GoAir end we had to stay the whole night in the air lobby, & they didn't even offered us the a simple lounge but to stay in the airport only. As gesture they offered some food which again worst of its kind, I felt sick had a severe indigestion after having idly & Masala rice. Oh dear what a bad experience I had. Eventually I had to waste the entire food bowl in the flight, in india people strive out of hunger but I had to throw & waste food, utterly disgusting. Eventually the cashew were broken. Imagine the services. Worst in hospitality part thou the air hostess were good but but could not find a single Stewart in the airport to address me, the security army officials help me all through. Eventually they did not guided for liquor carry policy which supposed to be carried only via the lagguage carry, I had small hand bag carring the liquor from goa to Calcutta which I had to throw it in the bin as per policy & if was at least made aware of such thing I would have saved some 2k costing liquor, I day hotel rent would have been saved if it would have been on time while flying from Calcutta to Goa, indigestion because of the bad food. ***NEVER TRAVEL IN GOFIRST*** ***WORST AIRLINES SERVICES IN INDIA***

Had no idea that an airline can be so bad. Booked ticket for kol to lucknow for an interview. Before 2 weeks they informed through SMH and mail that the flight has been cancelled. I tried to reach them but nobody received call and bothered to call back. Received call back after 18 hours and that was too horrible. Now I have decided to cancel for my return ticket becoz they have such a pathetic customer care service. I can't depend on them for a safe fly. This airline should be banned.

With extreme disgust and disappointment, I would like to convey that GoAir is the worst airline to fly with. My experience has been awful and would like to share with all. Me and my fellow friend reached the boarding gate before time and the duty manager denied to allow us wasting our time at the gate, saying the last bus is gone and flights door closed when it was still 25mins left for the departure time, clearly what is stated in the boarding pass as well. We begged and pleaded because of our desperate need to reach Mumbai from CCU, but he didnot listen to one single word.Horrible staff and his horrible attitude. If they are so intolerant, I personally will never book a flight with GoAir and wouldn't recommend anyone to fly with them either. You are at our service, care about your passengers #goair

Pathetic service. My international departure flight was rescheduled by 3 hours and my return flight cancelled just a week before my trip. No prior intimation sent regarding the same. Discovered it myself while trying to web checkin. Had to book tickets with another airline (Indigo) at triple the cost. Extremely unprofessional as it seems they cancel flights left right and centre.
