Date- 23 Nov 2023 Pathetic, fraud, they gave us combo package for 5 water activities and scuba dive (total 6 activities), and later ,one of the activity- Speed boat did not take place , and the person on boat(sanjay&chandu) started fooling us that boat is only the water activity here includes in package, because the money was already taken in cash advance from our end On top of that we waited approx 3 hours for the bus for dropping us off at hotel and Sahil-the agent has also asked us to wait only for bus,,, really unprofessional agent, please do not book your packages from GOA TRAVEL JUNCTION Near Namaste Chai outlet. You will regret for the money you will pay to them.
We had the Best evening for the dinner cruise booked with Goa travel junction . The food, entertainment and the service was Superb.Actually everyone on the boat had a time of their life. Highly recommend to book for dinner cruise when in your Goa holidays.
Fraud. They took money for booking and could not arrange the trip. The guy Sahil just lied that the trek was closed for the day. But later admitted that as there was not enough booking so they did not book the bus. Later he said it is okay as he was refunding the money. But what about our planning for the day? Unprofessional, pathetic service. Book your trip with them if you wanna risk your trip. There are better agents near baga beach.
They are very good. Looking at earlier reviews I was suspicious but I got to know that they have changed the staff and now its a totally different experience. Very helpful staff and amazing deals.
It was a good experience for us. This was our first time doing water/adventure sports. All the staff were so cooperative. The only negative thing we felt was the time we got for parasailing. It was too short. Except that the trip was good. I would suggest this for anyone who wants to experience multiple rides in a comparitively reasonable price.
Very pleasant experience... always ready to serve more...and very well managed... can't wait to come back again and do the same ... must recommend..
DO NOT GET CHEATED BY THE 5 STAR RATINGS!! Booking their services is the biggest mistake of our trip. The cab drivers are not punctual, drop you on mid road saying there is traffic and its not their responsibility anymore. Water sports are THE WORST! Ruined one full day for nothing. I wish I could give negative 5 star. WORST WORST WORST SERVICE.
