Goa Scan Centre - Featured Reviews (107)
After reading all the reviews I was a bit skeptical about this place, but I'm glad to say I had a pretty good experience. I asked them about the report date right in the beginning and they gave me a call on the promised date. Prices are also competitive and reasonable. Seating area is nice and clean. Additionally, they follow the standard procedures of cleaning and sanitizing the magnetom before and after each patient. I'd just recommend everyone to clear up your terms with them right at the start and everything will be smooth. P.s: Please book an appointment before the visit to avoid unnecessary hassle.
Goa Scan Centre may have an MRI and other equipments but lacks majorly in professionalism! Their staff seems to have more problems than their visiting patients. In this cardless world (let alone cashless) they only accept the most outdated means of payment: Card or Cash. My card transaction was declined twice due to a network error; "Invalid Transaction" is a POS machine network error which the uneducated cashier wasn't aware of and that led to an argument. Yes, argument, Goa Scan Centre cashier believes that the best way to get Patients / Customers in line is to speak to them rudely and insulted! The most pathetic customer service I've experienced in my life. I would give them negative stars as I could and snatch their pathetic 2.8 stars as well.
Pathetic service by these people, please visit any other scan center if you need the reports on priority. I had done my father's mri on Thursday 10th August 2023 and even after repeatedly telling them to give the reports on priority and continuously following up for 3 days I still haven't received the reports.
The most unprofessional clinic possible had a 3 o'clock appointment for an echo test went a little earlier as the clinic called couple of times to make sure we would be on time Waited exactly an hour no sign of the doctor had not come yet went back to the receptionist to check umpteen times finally was told @4pm another 20 minutes or so same response every time we had previously gone to them so we just left as the another 20 could be another hour or more the doc does echo tests so she obviously wasn't doing that elsewhere as the machines were only at the clinic. Presumably having a long Goan afternoon extended siesta. No regards for patients waiting there. Better to drive another hour if need be to a professional clinic and not be subjected to this. On checking their reviews almost all reviews talk about delays and unprofessional behaviour. Stay away
The technicians performing the MRI's were very professional no doubt, but the receptionist and management were very disappointing, the report was delayed, on the day I was told I'd recieve it, I had to call them more than 10 times to give me a final answer , which was also inappropriate, finally I had to take myself to the scan centre with my dislocated patella due to the miscommunication by the staff.
Worst center i ever seen, GMC better than this scan center, runs only on commission provided to prescriber, no any important for patients, it shows open at 08.00 hrs. In reality staff repoting this center after 10.00, and after attending their hospitals in morning.
Experience was so good. Very polite and prompt service. Bravos.
Excellent staff and excellent service. I am. Impressed. Keep up the good word. Excellent
