Goa Marriott Resort & Spa - Hotel in Panaji - North Goa, India

This hotel deserves a good review. I booked a room for my parents since it was my moms birthday and unfortunately I couldn't be there but they really took good care of them. Good and clean rooms, amazing service and heart warming. Made their stay worth it. Thank you so much.

Marriott is a definition of a five star hotel experience. This property is one of the best five star properties in Goa with picturesque location, great views, great food and liquor with world class service. This being an older property it has some vintage feel to it with large corridors, panoramic lobby, gorgeous beach facing pool with beach access and select interior. There is nothing to complain about but would love if the prices are more favourable.

I recently stayed at goa marriott, and while it's not a bad property but it falls far short of the 5-star expectations I had. Overall, a disappointment for those who expect luxury and excellence from this brand.Shocking part was it carries a Marriott Brand . Main hotel lobby furniture is average , i mean u dont a Wow touch . After this we went to the resort's bar, Oh My God, such an average place , u dont get any wibe at all , same basic furniture , basic cutlery ... In the morning breakfast you will have pure feel of fish market , people waiting for the turn for breakfast , Lot of trainees can be seen in staff . Small things like tomato ketchup etc you have to ask for and which further takes time , no choice of exotic fruits etc in Buffet layout . If you go to a good 5 star small home made jams , ketchups , etc are placed on table , stylish cutt of yellow butters are already there on tables . In short every nick and corner of the hotel we felt cost cutting . They have 2 swimming pools one small swimming pool is so old and run down that you don't even feel like entering it . Not much of a choice of drinks available in the pool . Apart from a garland at the entry of the hotel in the entire stay you will not feel any personal touch . We left the hotel and no one was even bothered to say a smile hello . When you check in at least someone should brief you about the property . What we could see was the entire hotel is basically managed by two ladies staff there . Ms Nandini Bose who's been there I think from years ago , we went to her and gave feedback , shocking was to see her response ,that Marriott Staff is groomed like this . She listened to us as if she had no other choice but to listen, she smiled and said i will take care of your feedback . After that we were there for two days but she never turned back to us , asking that is concerns were solved or not . We booked rooms with a higher category , SEA VIEW WITH PATIO , just imagine the patios have no sun shades or any kind of coverings at least so that you can at least sit outside . it's raining as we know u get confined to your rooms inside . If there are some coverings in Patio at least u can sit outside and enjoy . Everywhere u feel cost cutting , means its ok hotel but definitely its NOT A LUXURY and not worth the price. In the entire stay in the hotel all were just saying " Sir please hamari rating good kar dena .

My parents and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Goa Marriott at Miramar Beach for a four-night visit during my father's Ironman Goa race. The experience was nothing short of remarkable. The hotel is situated in a beautiful location right by the sea, offering breathtaking views. We were fortunate to be given a spacious room that not only had a beautiful view but was also large enough to accommodate my father's bicycle. This attention to detail was greatly appreciated and made our stay all the more comfortable. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptionally outstanding level of customer service. I can't thank the entire team enough for making our stay so memorable. Special thanks to Tamara, Delana, Priyanka, Komal, and Rahil for their warm welcome and unwavering assistance at every step of our stay. Their thoughtful touches, such as providing healthy treats in the room, arranging a special early morning healthy breakfast at 4:30 am on the day of my father's race, and even going the extra mile to come to the race venue to cheer for my father, left us deeply touched. At the Waterfront restaurant, the entire staff, especially Alex, Elvis, Dattaguru, Jayanti, Jaidev, Sainik, Saif, Saiesh and Soni, made our breakfasts and meals special experiences. Their warmth and attentiveness made us feel like part of the Marriott family. While the housekeeping was excellent, the only minor area for improvement was the speed of services, which could have been a bit faster. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend the Goa Marriott at Miramar Beach. Our stay was made exceptional by the stunning location, the incredible customer service, and the personal touches that made us feel valued and cherished. We will definitely stay here again when we return for the Ironman Goa in 2024. Kudos to the entire Marriott team for making our visit truly unforgettable!

Awesome place - highly recommended to all for Goa stays. Delana and Tamara - two super helpful superstars from Marriott team who made my birthday weekend a great experience in Marriott Goa. The stay is great, rooms overlooking the patio have a good view (see pics), lounge food and drinks are good and breakfast is great. Weekend chai tapri near pool is awesome for tea lovers like me. If travelling directly from MOPA airport, they provided the most reasonably priced SUV cab transfer

Great service and they are very much concerned for senior citizens.they even give you your customised food

One of the worst marriot experiences.I have been to many marriot and sheraton hotels and by far this is the worst.After paying almost about 26k per day the view of the room is very worst and in order to get better view they are asking to pay extra amount.We requested for same type of room but they mentioned everything else is already out.If you are planning to stay in goa and looking for better experience please stay away from this property.The location is good but rooms are not worthy of the stay
