Yesterday I have got New Santro from GOA Hyundai- Ponda. It was very great experience. Thanks to entire team and special thanks to Aniket who is a sales representative given nice guidance and resolving queries at all the times.
It just happen to visit Pond branch and was under impression that this is a small branch & may not get proper info. But once i started discussing with team , i realized that the team over here is very far better than the big showrooms you may see on road sides . This team is very simple , respective and giving very quick info on vehicles. On top of all caring the customers in very descent manner. No hangama.

The service centre did a great job making me feel like i should sell the car. Takes too much time to resolve an issue if atall its in their power. You have to give for servicing , theyll diagnose the problem and let you know youll have to order parts then wait for the parts to be delivered (7-14 days) ,give for servicing again and pray to god they do a bare min job atleast. whats the use of service centre if u dont have supply of essential parts available inhouse. You cant tell the person who drive that car daily theres no problem when the driver tell you there. I ended up with more probs after servicing then before.
I hope someone takes a notice of this review and takes action cause the service centre clearly isnt.

Great buying experience. The salesman was great right from giving quotation till car delivery. I got delivery within 6 days of booking. They were very helpful in loan formalities, exchange formalities, explaining car features and all other related stuff. Keep it up.
