But it's kind of a hidden place in reshikesh, the wind is cold, the place is nice, you can click lots of great pictures or just walk with your close people. Loved it when I visited rishikesh this September. Best to go for a ride with a rented bike or cycle

Great place, water is nice and cold. Try to go early morning so u can have some peaceful time and relax. Its has a positive vibe which calms you down. Be prepared to to see now semi nude indian men taking dips. and alcohol is a big no no untill u are someone who enjoy getting into trouble.
