Our hotel experience is superb. The Enrire resort was ultimate and natural. Quality of food and excellent if service, kids play room, swimming pool gave a nice feelings.
Visited Darjeeling & Gangtok, view points are nice and natural to enjoy, staying arrangements in residency was pleasant and suitably very good. Thankful to you.
The stonewood resort is very nice and calm place with a cool river view. Swimming pool is small but very clean Rooms are precious and clean.The architecture is classic n traditional.We had complimentary breakfast which was good and the food and service was very nice.The staff(Mr.Felacio) is very helping and polite.Thanks to Goholidays n Vistana who arrenged this booking for us .Special Thanks to Uzzal Datta n Rakesh for their support.
Please don't get trapped in any membership plans. This is not a company. This is just a looter cheater gang who loots money from market by arranging programs in reputed hotels and giving free dinner and fake vouchers. Don't get tempted what they show on laptop or convince by reviews. They also convince by telling offer is only for today and for limited couple but don't get trapped. They try to pressurize by all the ways but be calm and just reply not interested otherwise you will loose money. Again, in one sentence, please don't take any interest in this company otherwise you will loose your valuable money.
Very pathetic service. I am trying to connect with the customer service as well as agent but no one is responding.Please do not buy their membership they are totally fake . The reviews are from their own employees only . Everyone is unreachable. If no one contacts me , I will be filing a case against them .
Rooms were well cleaned and Overall service was very good.
We visited udaipur from the membership plan. The property was very lavish. They assisted us all through the holiday. I have also taken the movie voucher and enjoyed the movie.
We stayed in Hotel provide by Vistana in Srinagar. We went for family trip, they provided us with good hotel. Hospitality of Komal Agrahari is up to the mark. We stayed in Hotel Welcome Dal Lake. Just beside dal lake. The service was very good there. But one problem is, if you are opting for Vistana go with online, or go to their office and book. We went through their contract person, and that person made us signed empty papers, in which they fled random amount. Due to which we never knew we had to pay an extra AMC amount of Rs8000. Apart from that, it was great staying with Vistana
