To put that in perspective, it amounts to a substantial Rs60,000 per month. However, my interaction today was deeply concerning. The manager's abrupt and offensive demeanor was entirely uncalled for and a stark contrast to the quality of their products. It's disappointing to experience such a lapse in customer service from a place where we bring so much business. Considering the financial significance of our relationship and the importance of mutual respect, we've decided to suspend our purchases from Go Cool Bakery. We will reconsider our decision only when appropriate measures are taken by the owner - whether that's a sincere apology from the manager or other necessary actions. I trust the owner will acknowledge the gravity of this matter and take steps to prevent similar future incidents.
